An application for a building permit to construct a rear deck extension with a patio below at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 8A Rear Yard Minimum Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 and Footnote 3B, Maximum Gross Floor Area of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
Next Meeting: The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is scheduled for February 6, 2018 with a submission date of December 22, 2017.
