VILLAGE REAL PROPERTY TAXES
Village Real Property Tax Bills are mailed at the end of May. Village taxes are paid in two installments during the months of June and December. Penalties accrue on unpaid taxes each month that they remain unpaid.
The payment coupon for the Second Installment is attached to the bills that are being mailed in May – no additional bills will be mailed.

BILLS CAN NOW BE PAID ONLINE!
The Treasurer's Office is charged with the responsibility of maintaining custody of all Village funds and keeping the accounts of all Village receipts and expenditures. The accounting methods used by the Village must be in compliance with a uniform system of accounts as authorized by the Office of the State Comptroller. Budget preparation is the responsibility of the Village Manager, who serves as the Village's Budget Officer.
The Village Treasurer has the responsibility of filing the annual financial statement in the Office of the Village Clerk. Additionally, the Office administers the Village's payroll, accounts payable, tax collection and water billing.

April 1-30: Town and County Tax (Town of Mt. Pleasant & Town of Ossining)
June 1-June 30 : Village Tax (Village of Briarcliff Manor)
September 1 -30: School Tax (Town of Mt. Pleasant & Town of Ossining)
December 1-31: Village Tax (Village of Briarcliff Manor)
