Group tennis lessons are offered for adults within two different ability levels. Morning and evening lessons are available.
Bring your own racquet, shuttlecock and enjoy a friendly game with your neighbors. Informal "pick-up" games will be organized by the Program Supervisor

3rd Annual Briarcliff PTA Color Run/Walk
This American Heart Association course will prepare you how to take action in the event of a medical emergency.
Boys and Girls in Kindergarten - 5th grade can learn the great sport of Golf in a safe, fun and structured environment.
Girls Softball for girls in grades 3rd-6th who reside in the Village of Briarcliff Manor or the Briarcliff Manor School District.
The "Organic Teaching Kitchen" nutrition and cooking class is designed to empower kids in grades K -5 to cook simple, tasty, healthy meals and snacks.
American Red Cross Training program for lifeguards - must be 15 years old by 6/10/18.
Young athletes will participate in a multi sports recreation program led by the coaching staff of Backyard Sports. Grade K - 5
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.
Swim Lesson program for 3-5 year olds

Total bodyweight training focusing on core and balance will help to prevent back pain and injury, improve muscular balance and posture. Please bring a yoga mat.
This class will focus on exercises that will strengthen and tone the body.
Swim Lesson program for 6 month to 3 year olds with a caregiver
Chair Yoga offers the same benefits of traditional yoga without the weight bearing or floor work. All poses and exercises are practiced while sitting in a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Chair Yoga is suitable for those with arthritis, back or knee injuries, impaired balance or other physical limitations.
Yoga Classes held Saturday mornings, drop-ins welcome!
Group lessons are offered for children of three different groups: Red Ball grades K-2, Orange Ball grades 3-5 & Green Ball grades 6 & up.
