This is an opportunity for girls & boys in 1st & 2nd grades to learn the fundamentals of basketball. The focus is on shooting, passing and dribbling skills and drills intended to teach the game of basketball.

Halloween costumed parade for children and their parents that proceeds through the Briarcliff Business District.
Chair Yoga offers the same benefits of traditional yoga without the weight bearing or floor work. All poses and exercises are practiced while sitting in a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Chair Yoga is suitable for those with arthritis, back or knee injuries, impaired balance or other physical limitations.
In this flow yoga class, you will move through a series of yoga postures focusing on alignment and linking breath to movement. Students will build strength, flexibility and concentration and end the class in a peaceful final relaxation. Open to all levels, each class will offer modifications to help find the posture in your own body.
