Department Overview
The Village of Briarcliff Manor is proud to provide a comprehensive, year-round recreation program for our residents. Our service area includes those who reside within the corporate boundaries of the Village of Briarcliff Manor, as well as those who reside in the Briarcliff Manor School District. In an effort to provide the best possible service to our community, the Recreation & Parks Department mails two (2) seasonal brochures per year to all resident households. Programs and services are also publicized in our local newspapers, and activity specific flyers and announcements are occasionally distributed directly through the Briarcliff Manor School District.
Residents who wish to receive email notification from the Recreation Department regarding program availability, cancellation announcements, special event offerings, registration reminders, and other topics of interest, are encouraged to subscribe to our new automated "Recreation Notices" email service. Facility Rentals
Need a venue for a personal event? Look into renting a Village - owned facility! Residents are eligible to rent the Recreation Center, the Youth Center and the Law Park Pavilion for private functions. Availability varies by facility and season, so call the Recreation Office at 941-6560 to discuss your needs. Base rental fees start at $250 per event. Additional charges are required for a Village - assigned facility supervisor, and if alcohol is to be served. Facility use applications are available for printing from the table of links above. Applications must be submitted no earlier than 6 months, and no later than 3 weeks, before your desired date of use.
