- PB-13-2009 – B & J CAR WASH OF WESTCHESTER, INC. SITE PLAN AMENDMENT: The Planning Board will review an application for a site plan to modify an existing car wash. The property is located at 199 South Highland Avenue.
- PB-14-2009 – GETTY REALTY CO. SITE PLAN AMENDMENT: The Planning Board will review an application for a site plan to modify an existing gas station. The property is located at 1168 Pleasantville Road.
- PB-15-2009-KHOSROWSHAHI, VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-9.2 MANDATORY TREE PLANTING PLAN (MTPP): The Planning Board will review an application for a steep slopes permit and a tree planting plan to construct a new single family dwelling. The property is located at 411 Sleepy Hollow Road.
