The Justice Court convenes each Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. in the Court Room of the Municipal Building, 1111 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor, New York 10510. The Justice Court's calendar includes vehicle & traffic cases,civil cases, small claims and landlord tenant cases on the first and third (and fifth) Wednesdays of each month, and criminal cases on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. |
