The Village Board of Trustees appoints residents to the Board of Ethics, pursuant to Local Law No. 1-1997. The terms of office are five (5) years and one member must be an officer or employee of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
The Board of Ethics renders advisory opinions, pursuant to the Ethics Law, to Village employees, officials and consultants. The Board of Ethics established its meeting schedule on an on-going basis. Please contact the Village Manager's Office if you have questions concerning the Board or the Village's Code of Ethics (Local Law No. 1-1997).
